William L. Kydd III, a resident of Reading for 61 years, died May 28, 2015 at the Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Burlington. He was 63 years of age. William was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts on October 10, 1951, the son of the late William L. Kydd, Jr. and Catherine (Frost) Kydd. He was an avid collector of antique telephone hardware. William was the Brother of Douglas F. Kydd and his wife Susanna Lee Fisher-Kydd of Buckeye AZ. Cousin of Linda (Whyte) Burrell, Geoffrey Whyte, Russell Whyte and Yvonne Drayton. He also leaves longtime friends Douglas, Wally and Samantha Bullock. A Memorial Service celebrating his life will be held at the Unitarian Universalist Church 239 Woburn St. Reading on Wednesday, July 8 at 11:00. Burial to follow at Charles Lawn Cemetery, Reading.
