Susan V. Grant, age 77, passed away November 11, 2019 at home after a valiant two year struggle with cancer. She is survived by her son, Peter Grant, daughter Kathryn Woodbridge, sisters Sally Brown and Marjorie Brown, and her loving friend and companion of many years, Don Gaudette. She was the daughter of the late Eleanor and Stanley Brown and sister of the late Channing Brown.

Susan was a life-long resident of Reading. She graduated from Reading High School in 1959. She worked for many years as a medical secretary with Dr. Joyce Adamson, Reading Internal Medicine, Lahey Clinic, and Mass General Hospital.

Visiting hours at Douglass, Edgerley & Bessom Funeral Home, 25 Sanborn St, Reading, Ma on Saturday December 7, 2019 from 2:00 -3:30 p.m. followed by a short memorial service at 3:30 p.m. Interment will be private.
