Salvatore V. Castro of Stoneham, Massachusetts died on February 10, 2017. He was 93 years of age. He was born in Springfield, Massachusetts on October 19, 1923 the son of the late Joseph and Connie (Mazzoni)Castro. He was the beloved husband of Beverly Ann (Moore) Castro. Step father of John J. Lawrence of Glastonbury, CT, Daniel J. Lawrence of Reading, MA and Sally Castro. Brother of Vincent Castro of Wethersfield CT, John Castro of Teaneck, NJ and also survived by several nieces and nephews. A private funeral service will be held at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne, Massachusetts. Salvatore was a veteran of WW II USMM.
