Paul Osman Gowing, 71, of Palm Bay, Florida passed away on February 23, 2018 in Melbourne, Florida.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00am, on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at the Forest Hill Cemetery in Lynnfield, MA with Reverend Jamie Michaels of Old South Methodist Church officiating. Arrangements are by Douglass, Edgerley and Bessom Funeral Home. A reception will be held following the services at Lakeside Inn in Wakefield, MA.

Paul was born in Winchester, MA to the late Ruth E (Wood) and Charles L Gowing on April 13, 1946. He was a 1964 graduate of Reading Memorial High School. He married Mary L (Caruso) on September 10, 1966 in Wakefield, MA. He worked as a Sales Manager at Worcester Business Machines for many years and later as a Campus Safety Office at Keene State College. He also served in the National Guard.

Paul is survived by his wife Mary, his sons Chuck and Bill, his daughter-in-law Amy, and his granddaughters Kristy and Jessica. He was a good friend to Jeremy Knowlton.
