Alice Mari O'Sullivan, age 56 of Reading, Massachusetts passed August 8, 2016 after a battle with melanoma. Mari was born in Rockville Centre New York August 10, 1959 to Donald and Alice Hanabergh. Mari is survived by her husband David O'Sullivan, children Sarah O'Neill, son in-law Liam O'Neill of Philadelphia PA, Timothy O'Sullivan, and Emily O'Sullivan both of Reading. Also surviving Mari is her brother Gerard Hanabergh, his wife Lisa of Briarcliff, NY, and their children James and Luke, and her sister-in-law Marj Hanabergh East Islip, NY with her sons Phillip, Ken and Peter. She is predeceased by her brother Donald Hanabergh as well as her parents. Mari was known as a loving and friendly figure, volunteering for school and church events. She leaves behind a network of wonderful people who will miss her dearly. A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:30 am, Saturday August 13th at St. Athanasius Parish 300 Haverhill St. in Reading. Friends may call at the Douglass Edgerley & Bessom Funeral Home in Reading on Friday August 12th from 4-8pm.
