Josephine A. Lawrence, a longtime resident of Reading, died suddenly at her home in Reading on September 25, 2021.  She was 75 years of age.

Josephine was born in Woburn, Massachusetts on June 24, 1946 the daughter of the late Oscar J. and Catherine E. (Overton) Lawrence.  Josephine worked for over 35 years as a Licensed Practical Nurse most currently at Winchester Nursing and Rehabilitation from where she retired.  Josephine enjoyed cooking and arts and crafts.  Her family and friends were the focal point of her life and never missed a holiday spending time with her family.

Josephine was the loving cousin of Donna M. Blomley and her late husband James of Stoneham and also survived by many other loving cousins, nieces and nephews.

A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, October 5 at Charles Lawn Cemetery, Charles St., Reading at 12:00 pm.  There are no visiting hours.
