Johanna (Smink) Bisschop of Reading died December 3, 2015. She was 89 years of age. She was the beloved wife of the late Peter Bisschop. Devoted mother of Joan Miller and her husband Rennie of Reading and Rudolph Bisschop and his wife Marian of Whitman. Cherished sister of Yan Smink of Holland. Loving grandmother of 7 and loving great grandmother of 1. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, December 9 at St. Athanasius Church 300 Haverhill St. Reading at 10:30am. Burial will follow at Charles Lawn Cemetery in Reading. A visitation will be held prior to the Mass at the Douglass, Edgerley and Bessom Funeral Home 25 Sanborn St. (corner of Woburn St.) Reading from 9-10am.
