Jennifer G. "Jena" Pease of Saugus passed away on Sunday, December 6, due to injuries suffered in an accident on Saturday. She was 53 years of age.

Born in Winchester, she was the daughter of Leander "Lanny" Pease and Barbara (Gates) Pease of Stoneham. "Jena," as she was known to her family and friends, had been a resident of the Seven Hills Foundation group home in Saugus for many years. She also attended the day-habilitation program at CLASS, Inc. in Wilmington.

In addition to her parents, Jena is survived by her two brothers, Douglas Pease of Chester, NH, and David Pease of North Andover. She is also survived by her niece and two nephews, Kyle, Megan, and Stephen Pease.

A funeral service will be held at the Douglass, Edgerley & Bessom Funeral Home, 25 Sanborn St. (Cor. of Woburn St.) in Reading on Thursday, December 10 at 11:00 am. An hour of visitation will be held prior to the service from 10-11:00 am. Burial will be at the Puritan Lawn Memorial Park in Peabody.
