Jacob C. "Jake" Lincoln of Reading died suddenly on March 22, 2018.  He was 41 years of age.  Jacob was born in Everett, Washington on July 11, 1976 the loving son of Debra Polanco of East Wenatchee, WA and Kenneth R. Lincoln of Reading.  He also leaves behind his husband Thomas J. Benoit of Wilmington, DE.  Jacob was a graduate of Reading Memorial High School class of 1994.  He currently worked for Uber and Lyft as a driver.  A funeral service celebrating his life will be held on Thursday, March 29 at the Douglass, Edgerley and Bessom Funeral Home 25 Sanborn St. (corner of Woburn St.), Reading at 11:00am.  Burial will follow at Forest Glen Cemetery in Reading.  A visitation will be held prior to the funeral service from 10:00-11:00am.
