Cheryl A. (Cox) Sidelinker, a lifelong resident of Reading, died at her home surrounded by her family on October 2, 2014. She was 63 years of age. Cheryl was born in Medford, Massachusetts on June 12, 1951, the daughter of the Audrey (Lantagne) Cox of Reading and the late Walter Cox. Cheryl Graduated from Reading Memorial High School class of 1969. She went on to receive her RN Degree from Lawrence Memorial Nursing School; she obtained a B.S in Nursing from UMass Lowell, and a Masters of Business Administration from Salem State in 2000. She retired in 2011 as the P.H.O. Executive Director at Emerson Hospital where she worked for 14 years. She enjoyed quilting and various crafts but she mostly enjoyed restoring her and her husband's dream home in Reading. Besides her mother she is survived by her beloved husband Leslie T. Sidelinker. She was the devoted mother of Janelle M. Boutin and her husband Mark and Renee A. Richards and her husband Andrew all of Reading. Sister of William Cox of E. Falmouth, Gary Cox of Nottingham, Vivian Orlanzo of N. Reading and the late Paula Lawrence. Loving grandmother of Brandon and Josephine Boutin, James and Grace Richards. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6, at the First Baptist Church 45 Woburn St., Reading at 11:00 am. Burial to follow at Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody.
