Cheryl P. Christian, 72, passed away Monday morning November 4 ^th at Good Samaritan Hospital in Brockton.

Born in Newton, MA on December 10, 1946 she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Bernadine (Hazelton) Christian. Raised and educated in Waltham she was a graduate of Waltham High School.

She resided in Brockton with her loving companion Robert (Bob) Barlow. She enjoyed time spent caring for their spoiled pet doves. A lover of animals, Cheryl had many rescue dogs over the years. She worked for many years as an administrative assistant for American Frozen Foods.

Cheryl is survived by her two children: Lenore Buck and her husband Alan of N. Weymouth, Christopher Cirelli and his wife Carrie of N. Attleboro, and her cherished grandchildren: Lauren and Brooke Cirelli and Lia and Tristan Buck. She was lovingly known as Grammy to her grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Dianne Leighton of Kingston.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday November 12 at 11:00 at Laurel Hill Cemetery in Reading. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the MSPCA . Arrangements under the direction of the Douglass, Edgerley and Bessom Funeral Home, Reading.
